Women's Night Out featuring "Maudine"

Maudine is a bold, boisterous, and slightly irreverent Southern woman who tells it like it is—with a whole lot of humor and just enough sass to keep things interesting. Originally created for an 80th birthday party, Maudine has since become a lively voice for the joys and struggles of womanhood.  She tackles real-life issues with wit, wisdom, and her signature flair, often sharing her message through laugh-out-loud song parodies that leave audiences entertained, encouraged, and sometimes even enlightened.

Behind the Wig: Norma Mott

Behind the character of Maudine is Norma Mott—a woman of deep faith, heartfelt wisdom, and joyful service. Norma has been married to her husband Carroll for 37 wonderful years. She is a retired nurse educator and a proud United States Air Force Veteran. She finds joy in singing and performing, cherishes time with her family, and loves exploring the world through travel.

She attends Florence Baptist Church in Forest City, NC, where she participates in music, ministry and fellowship. Through both her real-life experiences and her unforgettable alter ego, Norma shares truth, humor, and hope with women of all ages.

This is Fragrance Ministries' Annual Fall Vendor Night. There will be an opportunity for early Christmas shopping.

Your ticket purchase will include admission to the event, a meal, opportunities to win door prizes, and a night of fellowship.
